Adam Laneer, Owner/ Projects and Support
Adam has a strong vision as to what the customer should experience during the building process with Elite Builders NW. He believes that if we are building their dream home they should enjoy every moment of it. Adam feels that the art of customer relationships tends to get lost with most builders. Growing up in the Olympia area Adam graduated and played basketball at Tumwater High School, South Puget Sound CC (AA), and The Evergreen State College (BA). “Basketball was a key factor in my life, it taught me discipline and hard work. A lesson I feel you can’t get anywhere else. I try to bring life’s lessons to everything I do. My personal goal is to make sure at the end of the day everyone is happy.”
Jordan Gritton, Owner/ Project Manager
Jordan’s experience in the building world started as a young man, he was the one building the “custom” tree houses. His love for building continued after graduating from Tumwater High School as he started his own successful framing company, Gritton Construction. Soon after, Elite Builders NW was formed. Jordan is able to use all of his construction attributes. One of Jordan’s strongest abilities is to foresee the building process. “I have always wanted the hard jobs that no one else can do. I love the challenge of building the most integrate of structures ranging from log homes or commercial metal buildings. My personal goal is to make every structure perfect.”
Elite Builders NW was formed by Jordan Gritton and Adam Laneer. Together they cover every aspect of what it takes to succeed in the building industry. It is our goal to make sure you get the attention and quality you deserve. We do not build hundreds of homes per year, rather we are a custom builder that focuses on details and relationships.
