Initial Contact During initial contact we will meet and discuss qualities that are important to you when choosing a builder and what your overall needs are for your new home. We will carefully go over different items such as; Do you have an architect in mind, what size home you would like and types of features you would like to include, do you have property to build on yet, or does the property have utilities yet… After our initial meeting we will then be able to start gathering the needed information to form the cost to build your new home.

Our Bid Our bid consist of a detailed specifications list which will clearly express what is included in our bid and what is not. It is our goal that you get a complete and thorough picture as to what you are receiving. The bid will also include a detailed total price outline which displays hard costs and budgeted items. After reviewing our bid and going over our specifications list, you are now ready to move forward in the process and start breaking ground.

Let's get started After the acceptance of our bid, we will then enter into contract. We will obtain necessary permits and any other needed items to begin. We will introduce you to your Project Manager and after permits are released we will begin work right away.

Throughout the process Throughout the process we will be in regular contact with you. We differ from other companies in that you will have personal Project Manager onsite from start to finish. This helps you and your project immensely, having the same person from start to finish not only allows your home to stay on schedule but it also gives us the edge for superior quality control amongst many other advantages. When it comes time to make feature item decisions we accompany you to our vendor showrooms to assist in design option decisions. This allows you to enjoy the process instead of dreading the process because we will supply the complete take off list and be able to answer any questions the vendor or you might have right away. You will also be able to show family and friends regular updates on-line as we show how your job is progressing. We know that new construction or remodeling can be very stressful, you will find that our excellent customer service will help you enjoy the process, our new interactive building style has taken the headache and typical myths out of custom home building allowing you to sit back and watch your dreams grow.

Out with the old Whether we are building a custom home or adding a master bedroom to your home we have to prepare the area. First we obtain permits, this can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months. However, this gives us the time to decide on those trim features, floor coverings, appliances, and paint colors. Once permits are released, we can break ground. This is when we will demo anything that needs to be removed prior to pouring a foundation or building walls. If we are adding to your home, like a master suite, we take the utmost care in keeping your home and living space untouched until we are able to promise that the weather and nature will not be living in your home with you.

Concrete promises Next step is pouring the footings and stem walls of your new home. Like all of our sub contractors, we find the best concrete team so that the roots of your home are the strongest in your neighborhood. We also pour the slab for your garage and driveway at this time.

Skeleton Once the concrete is dry we can start to build the walls of your home or addition. We use the finest products from to build a strong home to last beyond a lifetime. This is when you can see your home really taking shape. Floor boards and interior walls create the structure of your home. Trusses and a roofing system are added in this process as well. High-quality windows fill the holes built for them. The veins of your home are then installed. Our amazing teams of electricians and plumbers put all the rough pipes and wires into the walls. Insulation and sheetrock are then installed, giving each room privacy and warmth.

Backstage Your project manager is the person you will be talking to the majority of the building process, that doesn’t mean no one else is working for you. The general contractor and his personal team are still constantly thinking about you and your home. We want you to be in your home as quickly as possible. So we assist the project manager to make sure all the sub-contractors are on time and all the materials are delivered when they are needed. Not a day goes by that your home is not on our minds, we treat your home as if it is our home until we have completely finished.

All the trimmings This is when you can see the character of your home showing its true colors and features. Our elite team of finish carpenters comes to enhance your home with the trim features you picked out such as baseboards, window trim, and/or crown molding, along with vanities, cabinets and countertops. The teams of electricians and plumbers return to the home to install light fixtures, outlet plates, smoke detectors, fans, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, tubs, etc. This process can take just as long as framing your home, we take as much care in the backbone of your home as how it looks and works for you. Finally floor coverings are installed and the walls are painted. Your home finally looks like the masterpiece you imagined, only better.

The end result After all construction is finished, after the final inspection has passed, we’ll go over all last details, we create and give you a complete specifications binder, then the moment we’ve all been waiting for… We get to welcome you to your new home and hand over the keys.
