Dear Adam and Jordan
We just wanted to send a personal note to commend the work that was done in constructing the addition to Phyllis’ and my home [in Olympia, WA]. Adam you did a splendid job on the business side keeping abreast with and coordinating all the activities involved. We don’t know how you remembered everything-good job.
The sub-contractors all seemed to be professional and very gracious and respectful. They introduced themselves and Phyllis and I felt no sense of insecurity for our property or ourselves regardless in what area of the house they were working. There were many individuals involved, so it would be difficult for us to thank each personally. However, we would appreciate it if you would express our satisfaction and commendation to them and/or their employers.
I would also like to mention that Josh kept up his part. Needless to say, Jordan, and Phil, when they were present, made us feel confident that all facets of the job would be completed properly. Please let them know how we feel.
In short we are glad we picked you guys. Best of wishes to you in upcoming jobs.

Dear Elite Builders NW:
The immense pleasure Donn and I are receiving from living in our dream house motivates this letter. We have thanked you so many times, but we want to share our experience in print too.
As you well know, our home is large at 6,000 square feet, and extremely complex. Not only are there three round turret walls, but the roof line is complicated and detailed. At three stories, it was not an easy project. There weren’t many contractors that wanted to take the job because of these reasons, and due to the fact that we are located in Lewis County off Highway 12, quite a distance from Olympia.
Elite Builders NW took on the project without hesitation, giving us a sense of confidence and relief as it had been many, many years since building our own home and we were out of that world. They followed the job through to the end handling myriads of details and giving much needed guidance along the way. We are exceedingly pleased with the level of attention to detail our home received, and the quality of workmanship. It is rare, this day and age.
Being in the Optometry business, my husband and I are accustomed to noticing fine details. We are also accustomed to offering superior customer service to our patients. Yet even with our trained eyes, we were amazed how much we overlooked in the construction process that was noticed and handled efficiently and effectively by Elite Builders NW. Nothing went uncaulked, sealed, etc. and we felt we were given superior consideration just as we try to give others. It was really wonderful being on the receiving end of that kind of service.
Nothing was given a halfway treatment. The level of professionalism and integrity is admirable and we are grateful for it. In fact, we felt they went overboard in certain areas, like water control. Elite Builders NW was very concerned that no problems should emerge later, and we haven’t had to call them back on anything. This level of quality performance remained a constant throughout the whole job.
The quality and attention to detail must be evident to others as well because we’ve had comments on how solidly our home is built; that they “don’t make them like that anymore”. This house will still be standing hundreds of years from now. We also receive many compliments on the superior workmanship and on the beauty of our home. Round walls are difficult. We have 54 windows in this house and many of them are on the rounds. Much care was taken and it shows.
Additionally, we were given so much guidance and direction. Building is not our “world” and even though we are voracious readers, there was no way we could have made some of the choices we did without the help and support of Elite Builders NW. Quality options were presented to us at every turn, without pressure. We are excited that knowledge of that caliber was available, as we are really proud of how everything came together. It puts a new sense to the word “custom” home. Our home is miles beyond merely “custom”.
It is an exceptional home that we are so pleased with, and we plan to contact Western Interiors, Architectural Digest and other publications to photograph it. Of course, Elite Builders NW will be given full credit as well as the architectural team, Fine Line in Olympia which assisted us in the original design. We are more than willing and happy to give tours of our dream home to anyone interested in using the spectacular services of Elite Builders NW.
When we realize we will, God willing, live in this house for the rest of our lives it is of tremendous importance that the experience be positive and excellent, as well as the construction results. We can say that this home is filled with a lot of great, optimistic energy and care from the staff at Elite Builders NW that put so much time, effort, skill and heart into the biggest project of our lives to date.
We have plans to include a two bedroom guest cottage with attached shop on our acreage for a Bed and Breakfast operation. We are, once again, choosing a difficult style that is eclectic and unusual. And once again, we will be calling the folks at Elite Builders NW to manage our project for us. We know that we can trust them to make us completely happy, satisfied and amazed.
